What is your return and exchange policy?
While we will make every effort to assist you, we do not accept returns nor do we offer exchanges or refunds. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. Please note that Beauty Bakerie does not currently accept returns. If a package is returned to us, it is not examined and is most likely discarded.
My order is delayed, lost or stolen
Please note that we cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages. Once the package successfully transfers to the care of the carrier as evidenced by the shipping updates, the responsibility to deliver is placed on them. We encourage you to make plans to retrieve your package to decrease the likelihood of loss, damage or theft by tracking your package(s) journey. This can be accomplished by planning to be home at the time of delivery, a ‘hold for pickup’ option with your local post office or purchasing a post office box. Given the height of porch piracy and theft rings, we strongly advise but again, cannot be held liable for the package beyond our care. We are not responsible for packages with status of ‘unclaimed’, undeliverable, resident no longer living there, or the event you are unable or refuse to accept the package. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
My products arrived damaged
Please notify us within 3 business days of your orders delivery date of any issues by providing a photo and video of all that was shipped to include packing materials and products. Without these items, we may be unable to assist. You are encouraged to raise your issue with your courier.
Can I return gifts that were included with a purchase or gifts I’ve earned through the Baked Rewards Loyalty Program?
All sale and discontinued merchandise are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged. Any gifts as part of a contest or giveaway are final sale as well. If a package is returned to us, it is not examined and most likely discarded.
I purchased from one of your authorized retailers. How can I return the items?
We ask that if you’ve purchased from a partner of ours to raise your issue with them. We abide by all of our partners’ return policies listed on their respective websites.

How can I contact you?
Email our bakers! Please write to us using newsletter@truevibe.site. Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday 10 am to 4 pm PST. Please allow 24-72 business hours (1-3 business days) for a response. We do ask that you are patient with us. Our system populates tickets by oldest to newest so if you contact us multiple times, please know this will place you at the back of the queue. We look forward to serving you! *Please note that business days do not include holidays that may fall on a weekday.
Where are Beauty Bakerie products sold?
Our products are shipped from the USA and sold in over 2,500 locations worldwide to include Ulta, Target, CVS, and more. Please enter your zip code on our store locator page to find a location near you.
When will you restock my favorite product?
Our Bakers are working hard to get stocked out items back online for you. Please sign up to be notified of a restock on the product page or be sure to subscribe to our newsletter. We also share updates on our social media pages.
The color isn’t the same as I saw it online
Beauty Bakerie tries to accurately display and represent the colors of our products. However, the actual colors you see may vary and depend on a variety of factors such as screen resolution, sun exposure, undertones and more.
